Summary: The staff was very good. There was an issue with the first room. We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape. If we make it back to the area we would stay there again. thanks again Steve for going beyond taking care of us.

Summary: Not the best hotel to stay at! Advertises that they had breakfast but then didn't serve any. same with the pool says they have one but was closed. Doing work on the roof late at night and had to listen to hammering. Person at the counter was rude. There was one that was very helpful

Summary: When I stayed, it was under renovation, so the facility was not in excellent condition. Maybe the facility will improve after the renovation. The excellent staff made up for it though. They were very friendly and accommodating. I will give this a shot again though. Hopefully it will be a different experience when the construction is completed.

Summary: Kitchen and pool were closed for remodeling, so no breakfast, and hotel refused discount. Room was what I would expect from a 3 star hotel. Clean, but run down. Very thin sheets and towels. Non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and cleaning agent. Several customers parked in parking lot and playing loud music - hotel did nothing.

Summary: Front desk person very nice. That the bice part. Hotel is dirty, holes in drapes and walls. Mattress was nasty and the vents on heater and bathroom so dirty I hated to turn on.

Summary: I stayed before my shift at the local hospital, and was able to check in early in order to make it to my shift on time. The front desk person was very helpful and did not charge me an extra fee! Will be rebooking again before my next shift !

Summary: They didn’t have the correct room ready. We tried multiple other rooms, but none had what we needed. Staff member was helpful but not trained well. No breakfast available. Pool unavailable. Rooms and lobby all had strong smells
